IRIS is a screening of short films by women, trans and gender-diverse filmmakers, presented as part of SPLINTR Festival 2025. The evening showcases a diverse mix of narrative, experimental and documentary films exploring themes such as identity, memory, grief, resistance, and queer joy. Each film brings a unique voice and perspective, with artists working across style and form to carve out space for new kinds of storytelling. Following the screening, there will be a live Q&A with the filmmakers - offering a chance for open conversation around process, influence, and practice.

 

Curated by Flos Collective, IRIS is an intimate, informal space to experience powerful film in community.
