We're opening SPLINTR Festival with an Open Mic - and you're invited to take the stage.
Thursday 9th October (evening) The Alchemy Experiment, Glasgow
Followed by a special set from a TBA Glasgow artist!
This will be a relaxed, low-set-up Open Mic exclusively for women, trans + gender-diverse artists to share something they’ve been working on - whether it’s a song, a poem, a reading, or a piece of writing.
We’ll have a mic and guitar/amp available. Each person will have around 5 minutes (so one song or a couple of short poems). It’s a chance to connect, express, and open the festival with our community.
Spots are limited and sign-ups are first come, first served — open only to our Instagram and mailing list audience.
This opportunity is unpaid, but you will get a free ticket to the opening event.
