Open Mic & Mingle March 2024

flos collective invites you to: Open mic and mingle, the first dedicated community building event with flos collective.

Date: Saturday 30th March 2024

Time: 5pm - 8pm 

Location: G41 - we will send you more details once you've secured your spot.

This event is an opportunity for artists who identify as women, non-binary and other marginalised genders to come together, get to know each other and, of you want to, share work. 

This is a free event, but please get a ticket as we have limited space. 

This event is for women, non-binary people and those who identify with other marginalised genders.

Open mic:

The open mic will be unplugged and we welcome any sorts of material to be presented: half a poem, a fragment of an idea you want to introduce to an audience, a song you love to perform, a participatory dance you want to perform with us or anything else. 

We will announce a sign up sheet to those who have secured a space at the event closer to the time, as well as having a physical sheet on the day.

There will also be some other activities throughout the event.

Amenities: BYOB, BYOSnacks, BYOInstrument, BYOAnything. (Please be aware that this is a relaxed event, so drink wisely. We will be going for a trip to the pub after to keep the good vibes going if you feel like coming along.)

Other information: This is a baby friendly event, please bring your little one along if you want to!
