About the event
Collective Rhythms is a series of movement workshops developed to explore embodiment and dance in a relaxed & creative environment. Through guided prompts, we will venture on a journey together to deepen our connection to our bodies as well as others. This is an open invitation to be playful and celebrate our natural rhythms.
These workshops are part of a four week course. It is advised to come to all sessions, however, you can also attend one or two.
This event is for women, trans and gender diverse people. Trans women are women, you are and always will be welcome in our spaces.
